Who is recruitment specialist Lianne Rush?

I’m a fully independent recruitment specialist based in the beautiful village of Eynsham, Oxfordshire, a county in which I have lived for most of my life, only moving from the Cotswolds where I grew up. I’ve been in recruitment since 2013 and I have gained an interest in people and how they interact, especially during times of great change in their lives. Being a part of someone’s success is extremely rewarding. We can often spend more time at work than at home, so being happy with where you work is so important. Working with people to find out what really matters and ensuring they are able to find a place that allows homelife and family to still be #1 is what I do best.

I am married to an incredibly talented Chef and have a wonderful dog with whom I spend every waking hour. Our little family is my everything and my career in recruitment allows me the freedom to work from anywhere. I just love it! Nurturing long standing relationships

My passion for recruitment comes from a love of customer service and being people focused.

Having been a publican for many years, I spent huge amounts of time around people and listening to their highs and lows as they wrapped up their working week.

Recruitment suits me now because I spend a lot of my day listening to people and learning about their lives and motivations. I love that every day guarantees a conversation with someone I don’t (yet) know anything about, and I still get the butterflies when I have those calls.

Finding the perfect fit for both sides of the recruitment coin is a huge motivator.
